Strong for Life. Built for Legends.
Fitness for Legends is specifically designed for people over 55 years old. Our workouts are designed to improve your level of fitness through functional exercises in a welcoming and supportive environment.
The Legends class will help you regain balance, strength, mobility and help you maintain your independence for years to come.

Forma Athletics works with local school and club teams to deliver customized strength and conditioning programs. We focus on speed, power, injury prevention, and sport-specific development—designed to give athletes a competitive edge on and off the field.
Youth Performance Training
Training for Kids & Teens That Builds Confidence and Strength
Our youth programs teach proper movement, coordination, and strength in a fun and safe environment. From elementary school beginners to high school athletes, we help young people develop a lifelong love of fitness—and the confidence to thrive in sport and life.
