*Good for beginners or athletes with limited schedules

2x Per Week Training

Starts July 13th

**this is a 45-minute class

Monday & Wednesdays

8am - 8:45am

3-week session

2 days per week

Ideal for faster progress with a mix of strength work and speed training ​

Best results come from training 2x/week (strength + speed combined)

Price $185

Minimum of 6 athletes required to run these sessions
