Help your athlete get faster, stronger, and more athletic this fall with Forma Athletics’ Speed & Strength Program.

This 2-day-per-week training series builds on the momentum of our summer sessions and is perfect for athletes ready to level up or for those joining us for the first time. Each session combines speed mechanics, strength training, and coordination drills to create a well-rounded foundation for athletic success. Athletes of all levels and abilities welcome!

With a focus on proper form and movement mechanics, young athletes will:

  • Improve speed, power, and coordination

  • Build strength and injury resilience

  • Gain confidence with every session

 

Our experienced coaches provide personalized attention in a fun, supportive environment, helping every athlete progress safely and effectively.

Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:15 – 7:15 PM
Cost: $175 per 3-week session (6 sessions total)
