This structured training series is designed to improve speed mechanics, strength, coordination, and overall athletic confidence. Whether your athlete is brand new or returning from previous sessions, every class delivers coaching that meets them where they’re at.

​With a focus on proper form and movement mechanics, young athletes will:

Our experienced coaches keep sessions small and supportive so every athlete receives personal attention and progresses safely and effectively.

**Classes meet Mondays & Wednesdays from 6:15-7:15pm. A Monday-ONLY registration option is available for families who prefer a 1-day-per-week schedule.
