​Looking to improve body mechanics and build injury resiliency, whether you're in athletics or just want to move better in everyday life? Our Youth Performance Training is for you! Previously our Teen class, this program will meet Mondays at 6:15-7:15pm on the following dates...November 11th, 18th, & 25th and December 2nd, 9th, & 16th (6 weeks)
Designed to develop foundational skills for both peak athletic performance and overall physical well-being, our training focuses on proper form, strength building, and speed development. Participants will enhance their speed, power, and injury resistance, all under the guidance of our experienced coaches who provide personalized attention to help everyone improve safely and efficiently.
Ages: 12yrs-15yrs
