Group Fit Classes

Group fitness classes are open to anyone and everyone regardless of age, gender or fitness level. Each class focuses on a different fitness element and focuses a variety of functional exercise including cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, flexibility, coordination, balance, agility and accuracy. Classes are easily scaled to the individual to allow for a spectrum of abilities including range of motion, repetitions, intensity and weight.
