Indoor Rowing

We incorporate alot of rowing into our workouts here at Forma.  To row efficiently and maximize your workout one must learn proper technique. Alot of us inexperienced rowers will display many flaws such as a bent arm pull, not fully extending the knees and allowing the seat to touch our heels.  This is a video of the 'world record' for an indoor 500m row. His Technique is near flawless throughout the entire race.  For anyone who's done a max effort 500m row can attest that this performance is simply amazing!
