At Forma Athletics we train clients for specific sports and events such as the marathon. When training for a marathon not only is it important to vary your run distances, intervals, intensity ect. but also to incorporate strength, core and flexibility training into your weekly schedule.  During the months leading up to the race, the girls followed a regimented weekly running program and also fit in two strength sessions per week. Kirsten and Charlene are great examples of how  a balanced approach to training leads to success as they both ran personal best times! Great job girls!
